Root to Rise in Tuscany
Sunday, April 12th- Friday, April 17th
"Root to Rise" is a six-day, five-night yoga retreat set at Ebbio, a restored 13th-century farmhouse in the peaceful hills of Tuscany.
Each day begins with grounding practices, yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. As you release what no longer serves you, you'll create space to rise into a lighter, more aligned version of yourself.
We'll explore Tuscany’s hidden gems while savoring nourishing, farm-to-table meals fresh from Ebbio’s gardens. This is your time to slow down, root deeply, and return to the simple joy of being.
